Authors are encouraged to submit proposals for workshops / networking events.  There is no governing body judging proposals -- this is your collective conference retreat so it makes sense that you should get to decide what workshops you want.  All proposals submitted by the deadline will be offered up to registrants to indicate their potential interest in attending/participating.  The proposed workshops/events that have the most interest will get accepted.  Registrants with accepted conference proposals will be credited a discount on their registration.  You may submit up to two workshop proposals and two author event proposals. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION DEADLINE: October 18, 2015

 

Note: If you are proposing a workshop/event as a group, please only list the lead author and email in the name/contact portion of the form.  Please include the names of the other authors you would like to present with in the actual proposal.  Changes to the group can certainly be made after proposals are accepted (up until Nov 31), however, please note that drastic changes may affect your proposal's acceptance.  Please email us (hawaiiconferenceretreat [at] gmail [dot] com) if you have any changes to your proposal.
